- Order Processing Time (Handling Time)All of our custom name stickers and personalized stamps are made-to-order.Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed.Our shipping and dispatch operations operate from Monday to Friday only.Please note that we do not arrange shipments or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery TimesWe ship all domestic orders via Australia Post Regular Mail (Standard Envelope Service).Because this is a standard letter service, please note that tracking numbers are not available for this shipping option.As Australia Post delivers regular letters every second business day, delivery timeframes can vary. Below are the estimated delivery windows after dispatch:Within the Same State: Estimated 4 to 6 business days.Interstate (Other States in Australia): Estimated 6 to 9 business days.Please note: These timeframes are estimates provided as a guideline only and are subject to Australia Post's postal network conditions, peak seasons, or unexpected regional delays.
- Delivery DaysDeliveries are carried out by Australia Post from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. No deliveries are conducted on weekends.
- Wrong Address & Undeliverable MailPlease ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
